Each figure is reduced to its essential presence:
a face, a structure, a gesture of clothing.
Through restraint and abstraction, the collection examines couture as image, memory, and architectural form.

“Textile Abstraction derived from Symbol Couture garments”
The Textile Abstraction Series explores fabric memory, material ageing, and surface structure through hand-built canvas works.
Created within the House of Numbat studio, each piece functions as a textile study rather than decorative painting — examining colour, texture, and material continuity through layered hand-applied surfaces.
Influenced by British interiors, heritage textile palettes, and couture construction logic, the works are produced in small quantities as collectible material studies.
